We started Recovery to provide runners with education and resources on how to optimize running performance and achieve goals. We wanted to fill a gap in the industry with our education in Physical Therapy to keep athletes healthy and happy during the training process. The most fulfilling feeling is to watch a runner live their dreams out in a goal race or adventure.
